    Visit the Andover Library to experience a NEW literary adventure! The Ashtabula Foundation is a proud supporter of the Andover Public Library's Storybook Trail project that celebrated their GRAND OPENING this morning at the entrance of the library's Learning Garden. This project was a collaboration with the Ohio Governor's Imagination Library, Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, the Andover Public Library, Andover Village and the Ashtabula County Board of Commissioners.

  • The Ashtabula Foundation Proudly Congratulates the 2023 Edward J. Harvey Scholarship Recipients!

    The Edward J. Harvey Scholarship Fund was established in 1968 by Edna Harvey in her husband’s memory. Ashtabula County high school graduates have been receiving four-year Harvey scholarships since that time. The purpose of the Harvey Scholarship Fund is to help deserving young people to acquire an education that will enable them to become self-supporting, useful citizens. The Foundation is able to award between five to seven scholarships per year. This year, the scholarship award is $2,000 per year for four years. The Harvey Scholarship Fund pays an average of $30,000 annually to recipients of the scholarship. Scholarship application forms and eligibility information are available at all Ashtabula County High School guidance offices as well as the Ashtabula Foundation website, www.ashtabulafoundation.org.
