What a great way to start the morning! The Ashtabula Foundation thanks Ashtabula County Community Action Agency for a special morning with Ohio First Lady, Fran DeWine, the students at Head Start, and fellow supporters to benefit the Dolly Parton Imagination Library program in Ashtabula County. This program currently provides monthly books to 3,024 local children and counting!!!
