Funding is available with the Ashtabula Foundation! The Ashtabula Foundation is a private foundation that grants funds to non-profit, charitable organizations within Ashtabula County. To qualify for a grant, an organization must have a 501(C)(3) determination from the Internal Revenue Service, and must be located in, or serve the citizens of Ashtabula County.
