Glen W. Warner

Joined the Board in 1987

Mr. Warner worked in sales/marketing for Molded Fiber Glass for thirty-eight years, and is also an ordained minister serving numerous churches. His special interests are fundraising and envisioning strategies to develop community assets.

 
 

Roy H. Bean

Joined the Board in 1988

Mr. Bean graduated from Ohio Northern University with a dual degree in Business Administration and Business Education. He also graduated from the University of Wisconsin in the Graduate School of Banking and Finance. He taught high school at Ashtabula Area City Schools for five years, and worked as a banker for thirty years. Mr. Bean retired as Vice President and Regional Manager of Bank One (now Chase). He continued to work part time as a Certified Business Advisor for Lake County Economic Development Center, and was employed by Youngstown State University as a Certified Business Advisor. He has recently retired as an independent contractor for Youngstown State University, performing consulting work for the Small Business Development Center. His interests include his family, the Cleveland Indians, Browns and Cavaliers.

 
 

Jerome R. Brockway, Ph. D.

Joined the Board in 1991

Dr. Brockway currently serves as the Superintendent/CEO of the Ashtabula County Technical & Career Center. He has served as the Superintendent/CEO of the Ashtabula County Schools, and the Gallia-Jackson-Vinton Technical & Career School District. He attended Union College, Barbourville, Ky. He obtained Bachelors of Science and Masters of Education Degrees from Bowling Green State University and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree from The Ohio State University. Dr. Brockway has been recognized with awards from the Ohio General Assembly ( five separate times), Kent State University, Ohio School Boards Association, Buckeye Association of School Administrators, Ashtabula County Growth Partnership and Governors George V. Voinovich and Ted Strickland. Dr. Brockway serves on numerous state, regional and local educational, community and economic boards. He is a published author of several referenced national and international articles. He and his wife, Bonnie reside in Jefferson, Ohio.

 
 

G. Richard Coblitz

Joined the Board in 1997

Mr. Coblitz is President and owner of A. Louis Supply Co. and MDR Corp., both of Ashtabula. He serves on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations. A lifelong resident of Ashtabula, Mr. Coblitz graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 1976. He and his wife, Linda, are lifelong residents of Ashtabula.

 
 

William W. Hill

Joined the Board in 1999

Mr. Hill is the retired Treasurer/CFO of the Ashtabula Area City Schools. He also was Treasurer of the Buckeye Local Schools, and Senior Trust Officer for KeyBank. Mr. Hill is a graduate of Ohio University, with a Bachelor's Degree. Mr. Hill sits on the boards of many organizations and foundations, including Ashtabula County Education Service Center and Ashtabula Technical and Career Center. Bud and his wife, Alix are lifelong residents of Ashtabula County.

 
 

Roger A. Corlett, CPA

Joined the Board in 2003

Mr. Corlett is currently the Ashtabula County Auditor. He has been Auditor since March, 2007. He attended Kent State University, Ashtabula, and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Cleveland State University. Previously, he was a Vice President for S.R. Snodgrass AC, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, where he worked for thirty-two years. He has served on the boards of many non-profit organizations through the years. He resides with his wife, Shirley, in North Kingsville, Ohio.

 
 

Cheryle J. Chiaramonte

Joined the Board in 2004

Ms. Chiaramonte worked in healthcare for forty-two years before retiring in 2011. She worked at Ashtabula County Medical Center for thirty-three years, and nine years for Seeds Orthopaedics. She is a member of the Ashtabula Area College Committee, Inc. Kent State University Ashtabula, Daughters of the American Revolution, and Trinity Book Club. She is committed to working with local non-profits to enhance the lives of the people of Ashtabula County.

 
 

John D. Dolan

Joined the Board in 2006

Mr. Dolan retired from the Ashtabula County 503 Corporation in 2015, and from ESAB Welding and Cutting as plant Controller in 2007. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Mount Union University. Mr. Dolan has served on the Grand Valley Board of Education for twenty-one years, and currently holds the office of Fiscal Officer, Colebrook Township. He resides with his wife, Marla, in Colebrook, Ohio.

 
 

Joseph A. Misinec, Jr.

Joined the Board in 2012

Mr. Misinec is a Jeffersonian farm boy who attended Bowling Green State University and graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. During his career, he has held various instructional, technical, managerial and executive positions at companies in our area. Currently, he is the Executive Vice President of Grand River Rubber and Plastics Co., a 100% employee-owned Employee Stock Ownership Plan company. Mr. Misinec is on the Executive Board of the Ohio Chamber of Commerce and a member of several other professional and social organizations. Joe and his wife, Carol, are lifetime residents of Ashtabula County.

 
 

Carolyn J. Turk

Joined the Board in 2014

Mrs. Turk is the Controller of Molded Fiber Glass/Composite Systems Company and is a licensed CPA in the State of Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from Youngstown State University in 1984. She has a long record of community service and, in addition to the Ashtabula Foundation Board, currently sits on the Middlefield Banc Corp Board and Country Neighbor Board. Mrs. Turk is a member of St. Mary’s Church in Orwell, and is a lifetime resident of Ashtabula County. She and her husband, Ralph, reside in Orwell, Ohio.

 
 

Timothy N. Green

Joined the Board in 2015

Mr. Green has been the Executive Director of Harry E. Sheldon Calvary Camp, Inc. for the past fifteen years. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. After serving as a Residence Hall and Student Activities Director for colleges in Kansas and Colorado, he returned home to Ashtabula County and assumed a teaching and coaching position with Edgewood Senior High School, eventually moving on to run the camp full time.  Mr. Green completed a six-year term on the National Board of Episcopal Camps and Conference Centers and holds several leadership positions on local Ashtabula County Boards.  He has two children and has been married to Antoinette for 20 years.  Mr. Green enjoys fly fishing, metal detecting, and supporting youth programs in his spare time.  Mr. Green and his family reside in North Kingsville, Ohio.
